- Important Notes
- Child seats are available. If you need it, please contact us in advance to prepare it.
- Please arrive at your scheduled pick-up location at least 5 minutes in advance to prevent the driver from waiting for a long time.
- If the pick-up time has arrived but the driver has not yet appeared, please contact our customer service directly and we will handle it for you immediately!

- Each additional pick-up or drop-off location will cost an additional RM50.
- You can add as many pick-up or drop-off locations as you need, there is no limit!
- Arrival Transfer (KLIA/KLIA2)
- Your driver will wait for you for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes).
- Any waiting time exceeding 90 minutes will be charged extra.
(RM100 per hour, payable directly to the driver upon arrival or departure) - If you are a passenger taking a plane, please remember to provide our flight number when placing an order. Then our driver will be able to follow you according to the flight number you provided, ensuring that you can see the driver as soon as you get off the plane!
