If you’ve already planned your trip but aren’t sure how to book with us, here are some of the most common questions from our customers.

Do you only provide private car in Malaysia?

Of course not! In addition to car charter service across all states in Malaysia, we also provide local transportation within Singapore and private car services from Singapore to Malaysia.

Do your drivers understand and speak English?

Yes! Our drivers are fluent in at least 3 languages — Mandarin, English, and Malay. Some of them can even speak other dialects, such as Cantonese and Hokkien. So you’ll have no communication worries during your trip.

Do you offer tour guide services? Is there an additional charge for that?

Usually, our drivers also serve as guides during your trip. However, if you’d like a dedicated professional tour guide to accompany you, please let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of RM350 per day for this service.

Do you provide itinerary planning services?

Yes, we do! We’ll suggest an itinerary based on your preferences, and we’re happy to adjust it according to your wishes.

Is it required to use a car seat for infants?

Yes, for safety reasons, infants are required to be in a car seat. If you need one, we can provide infant and car seats to ensure a safe travel experience. Just let us know in advance when you book. Of course, you’re also welcome to use your own car seat if you prefer.

Is there an additional fee if we need more than one pick-up or drop-off location?

Yes, there will be an additional charge for each extra pick-up or drop-off location beyond the first.

Is it possible to add a temporary itinerary?

Yes, you can add more itinerary as long as it is within the car charter service time. However, if the car charter time exceeds the limit, overtime charges will apply.

Are your private car and taxi services available 24 hours?

Yes, Mytrip offers 24/7 private car service Singapore Malaysia. Always ready when you are! However, please note that availability is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.

Is the price charged by person or by vehicle?

All our chartered car and taxi fares are charged per vehicle with clear and transparent pricing.

Do you provide insurance for passengers?

Yes. For your safety, all passengers are covered by our vehicle insurance.

How can I book a private taxi or car chartered tour service?

Booking is easy! You can also contact our customer service directly via WeChat or WhatsApp to make your booking.

How early should I book the private taxi Malaysia Singapore?

You can book private car service Singapore Malaysia with us at any time! However, to ensure vehicle availability, we recommend making your booking at least 24 hours in advance.

What’s the latest time I can book the private car service?

You’re welcome to book at any time! However, for weekend charter services, we strongly recommend making a reservation at least three days in advance. If you urgently need the service or require same-day arrangements, please contact us via WeChat or WhatsApp — we’ll check if a driver is available for you.

If I need to make changes after booking, when is the latest I should inform you?

You can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, whether we can accommodate the changes will depend on vehicle availability.

If I have infants and toddlers as passengers, do they also count as part of the passenger count?

Yes, please include the correct number of infants and children in your booking details. The maximum number of passengers allowed depends on the type of vehicle, so we can recommend the most suitable car for your trip.

When will I receive the driver’s contact information?

You’ll receive the driver’s contact details via WeChat/WhatsApp one day before your trip.

The number of passengers has changed, can I modify my booking?

Yes, you can. Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes. If you require a larger vehicle, the cost will vary depending on the new vehicle you choose. Please note that this also depends on vehicle availability and the situation at the time of the change.

Is the price list showing one-way or round-trip prices?

All listed prices are for one-way trips only.

I’m very sensitive to smoke/odors, can I request a smoke-free vehicle?

Yes, absolutely. Please let us know when you make your booking.

Will the same driver be assigned for the return trip?

While we do our best to ensure continuity, the driver for your return trip may differ due to scheduling and availability. Rest assured, all MYTRIP drivers are experienced and dedicated to providing excellent service.

Do I need to pay a deposit first, or is it a one-time payment?

Yes. We typically require a 10% deposit to secure your booking, and the remaining balance can be paid on the spot after the service is completed.

However, if there are any international issues or difficulties with payment, you can also pay the full amount in cash after the service.

Can I just check the prices without making a booking?

Absolutely! You can view the prices here: Price or feel free to contact us directly. We will only confirm your booking once you’ve given us your final approval.

How can I pay for my private car service?

We offer the following payment methods:

  1. Bank transfer, Touch ‘n Go, WeChat Pay, or Alipay to our company account.

  2. Cash payment to the driver upon arrival at your destination

Are there any hidden or additional charges?

Absolutely not! We prioritize our customers’ best interests, and our transparent pricing for chartered car and taxi service ensures all your transportation needs are met without any surprises.

Besides Malaysian Ringgit, can we use other currencies to pay for the trip?

Yes, for cash payments, we accept not only Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) but also Chinese Yuan (CNY), Singapore Dollars (SGD), and US Dollars (USD).

Do we need to tips the driver?

Tips are not required, but they are a way to show appreciation for excellent service. If you’re happy with the driver’s service, feel free to tip based on your own preferences.

Do you provide Invoice / Receipts?

Yes, we do. After payment, we will issue a receipt for you, containing detailed information about your trip to ensure complete transparency. The receipt is usually sent PDF via WeChat or WhatsApp. If you need one, please let us know at the time of booking.

My flight was delayed, will I be charged any extra fees?

We do charge waiting fees, but we’re flexible! If you provide your flight number at the time of booking, the driver can track your arrival time. Waiting fees are negotiable as long as you’ve shared your flight number.

Usually, the driver will start counting the free waiting time of 90 minutes from the time you land.

How do I find the driver when I arrive at the airport?

One day before your trip, we’ll create a WeChat/WhatsApp group that includes you and your driver. This way, you can easily communicate with the driver, and they’ll guide you on where to meet after you land.

We also track the entire process in real-time to ensure your safety and the driver’s service.

What types of private taxis or cars do you offer?

How many seats do your private cars have?

We offer vehicles ranging from 5 seats to 10 seats or more, depending on your group size. No matter your destination, we’ll help you choose the most suitable vehicle for your journey.

What should I do if I need to cancel my booking?

Yes! You can cancel your booking, but please note that the deposit is non-refundable. We would appreciate it if you could let us know about any cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled travel date.

Do you offer wedding car services in addition to chartered tours and transfers?

Yes, we do! MYTRIP offers a variety of chartered services, including wedding cars. We’ll provide a quote based on your needs and the details you share with us.

Can you transport large items, such as bicycles or wheelchairs?

Yes, we can. For bicycles, please remove the front wheel to make it easier to fit in the vehicle.

Are we allowed to eat or drink in the vehicle during the trip?

Yes, you’re welcome to enjoy snacks or drinks in the car. However, we kindly ask that you help us keep the vehicle clean.

What happens if the vehicle breaks down? Can you arrange another one for us immediately?

Absolutely! If anything happens, we’ll arrange a replacement vehicle for you right away to ensure your trip remains safe and smooth.
